Senior & Supportive Services:

 Food Pantry Volunteer Volunteer needed. Duties will include greeting and escorting clients through the pantry to help them select items, assisting with bagging items, assisting with carrying bags to cars. Must be capable of carrying 15 pounds.  Hours: Each Tuesday, 9:00 AM until noon

Volunteer Driver Volunteer needed on Wellness Day.  Duties will include getting clients to and from our Food Pantry (they will be transported back home with their bags of food). You will be using your personal vehicle within a 2 mile radius of MNM.  Many clients use walkers.  Hours: 3rd Tuesday of each month, 9:00 AM until noon 

 Creative Aging Event Volunteer - Volunteer needed to help with our monthly social events.  Duties will include answering the door, signing people in, assisting with event set up, serving food and clean up. Hours:  Wednesdays, once a month from 10 AM until 2 PM. The remaining dates for 2019 are 7/24, 8/14, 9/11, 10/9, 11/13 and 12/11.

 Volunteer Donation Pick Up DriverVolunteer needed one day per week.  Duties will include driving your personal vehicle to pick up Food Pantry donations – often large amounts.  Locations may include nearby retail stores, schools and parishes. Hours: Mondays OR Wednesdays – time varies from late morning to mid-afternoon.

For all of these volunteer positions you need to be sensitive to the needs of the impoverished in our community and be able to show compassion, while upholding the dignity of others.
